Racing fans are familiar with the name Charlie Kimball, but not many folks know this acclaimed IndyCar driver also is a huge dog lover. And yes, Charlie is the guest of honor at Mutt Strut, coming up April 28, not coincidentally at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
