Meet Cookie! Grateful Rescue in Muncie, Indiana, is fostering this sweet girl until they can find her a forever home. She was on the euthanasia list at an Indianapolis shelter. Learn how Grateful Rescue came to the rescue. Cookie is a female border collie mix who is around three years old. She is very affectionate and loves to snuggle and play with toys.

Oswald is a young adult blue-gray domestic medium hair. He is affectionate, friendly and gentle. Oswald loves to meow at you for pets and play with his toys, happily accepts belly rubs, and gets so happy rolling around on the cat trees that he falls right off. He also loves to sit in your lap to cuddle.

When we moved into the new IACS shelter, we wanted to give Wrangler the chance to show us who he really is outside of the stress and chaos. While he’s doing so much better here than he was before, The truth is, Wrangler is still sad. Sad that he’s still waiting. And once you get him outside of his kennel? A completely different dog shines through. Wrangler LOVES to run, romp, and play.

Star is a 4-year-old domestic shorthair/tortie. She loves quiet moments and gentle cuddles. At the Partners For Animal Welfare Society shelter, she has found comfort in soft blankets and kind voices, but she dreams of a home where she can curl up in a sunny spot and share her love.

Little Mona is hoping to find her forever home. She’s our 14-year-old blind Pomeranian and she is sweet as can be. Mona is a doll baby that loves to be carried and wants a lap to sit on. She loves people and other animals. It takes a special person to take in a special needs senior pup, but we know the right person will step up. She is located in Bloomington, Indiana through Taffy’s Touch Senior Dog Rescue.

Benson is a male Mini Rex who is 11 months old. He is a curious, energetic little guy with a HUGE personality and an even bigger heart. If something’s happening, he’s in it… and if nothing’s happening, he’ll make sure there is. This boy is always on the move — zooming, exploring, investigating, and binkying his way through life. He thrives with plenty of out-of-cage time to stretch, play, and satisfy his endless curiosity.

Meet Mabel, a senior female domestic shorthair mix at Misty Eyes Animal Center in Avon, Indiana. This kitty is so sweet but right now is very scared. Sadly she had a loving owner but she got dementia and Mabel became homeless. She lived with another cat but they are not bonded. She is used to a quieter home.

The Partners for Amimal Welfare Society is urgently looking for foster homes for rabbits and guinea pigs! These sweet little animals need safe, loving places to stay while they wait for their forever homes.
