Indiana residents can share the love this Valentine’s season through one of the most heart‑warming fundraisers of the year. The Indiana Canine Assistant Network (ICAN) has opened sales for its annual “Puppy Love Valentines” gift boxes, delivered in mid‑February by ICAN service dogs in training and dedicated volunteers. 

Returning to Indianapolis May 8–10, 2026, PurrCon — the cat culture hub within PopCon — will welcome the next chapter of Joey’s Journey to a Million, in collaboration with EveryCat Health Foundation and actor-filmmaker Joey Luthman, bringing together entertainment, feline health advocacy, and meaningful storytelling inside one of the country’s most vibrant fan conventions.

Christmas at the Zoo, presented by Indiana Members Credit Union, is a wild winter wonderland unto itself. It will open Nov. 22 and continue through Jan. 4, 2026.

Recently, over 1,000 warm winter cat shelters were built in preparation for pickup by thousands of caretakers throughout the city of Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
