Meowsterpieces benefits Pepper's Pals Cat Rescue
The second year of Meowsterpieces is ON! Meowsterpieces is a cat-themed art auction and fundraiser put on by Pepper’s Pals Cat Rescue and the Indianapolis Propylaeum. ! Come admire and take home cat-themed artwork, ceramics, jewelry and much more . . . all while helping save cats and kittens in Indiana.
There will be food, beverages, live music, vendors, exciting auction items, adoptable cats/kittens, and more! It’s a celebration of felines, local artists, and Indy comm


Indiana Yorkie raised money in national pet awards competition!
Can a tiny Yorkie rescue from small-town Indiana become the top dog in a national competition?
Carolyn Pope hopes so. Her 5-year-old Yorkshire terrier, Bella, is in the running. A resident of Red Key, Indiana, near Muncie, Pope entered Bella in the Pet Lovers Choice Awards, a fan-voted national awards show sponsored by USA Today to benefit the Best Friends Animal Society. Both cats and dogs were eligible, and a winner from each state was selected along with runners-up.


Nearly 5,000 pounds of cat litter reaches Central Indiana foster homes following PurrCon at PopCon
In the weeks following PurrCon's return inside PopCon at the Indiana Convention Center, nearly 5,000 pounds of cat litter donated by Dr. Elsey's is being distributed to approximately 20 foster homes across Central Indiana through the Alliance for Responsible Pet Ownership (ARPO).
