PHOTO SLIDESHOW - Puppies play hoops in TV special!

Teams of puppies "played" on a mini-basketball court - hoping to reach the goal of a forever home! WISH-TV and Pet Pals TV had cameras rolling for an upcoming television special.

Capitalizing on the success of the country’s obsession with cute animals, Puppy Playoffs is a parody of this year’s basketball finals featuring two ‘teams’ of puppies in fast action hardwood play.  WISH-TV has partnered with Pet Pals TV for an Indy Humane sanctioned event to shine a light on pet adoptions with a maximum cuteness factor. 

Co-hosted by WISH-TV sportscaster, Charlie Clifford and Pet Pals TV host, Patty Spitler, we will not only see great Puppy basketball action but hopefully find forever homes for these lovable puppies.

We're taking the hours of "cuteness overload" from the event and producing a 30-minute television special! Tune in to WISH-TV 8 on April 7th at 5:30pm for "Puppy Playoffs". Viewers can also watch the special on WNDY-TV 23 on April 7th at 1:00pm.
