Dr. Seuss tackles pet adoption in new book - post your pix!

A new Dr. Seuss book, “What Pet Should I Get,” is being published by Random House Children’s Books and the publisher has started a social media campaign supporting the ASPCA and pet adoption.

“In celebration of the book’s publication, Random House Children’s Books and Dr. Seuss Enterprises are pleased to announce a social media campaign that will support the work of the ASPCA to help animals in need across the country.”

The campaign calls out to pet owners to share photos of their pets on Twitter and Instagram with the hashtag #whatpet. One dollar will be donated to the ASPCA for each photo (up $15,000 total).

What are you waiting for? Put your fur babies on social media!
