Adopt and shop at craft fair

Several animal rescue groups will participate in the Animal Rescue and Craft Fair, to be held Dec. 14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in Expo Hall at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds, 4401 N. State Road 75, Danville, IN 46122.

More than 10 animal rescues will be there with adoptable pets, including cats, dogs, ferrets and skunks. There will be 60 craft vendors with Christmas items. Santa will be there from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and pictures of pets and children will be available for a $5 donation.

Low-cost vaccinations and $10 microchips will be offered from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
