Get your dog's play on at Dogtona!
This 18th annual family-and-pet event will be held in the Hendricks Power Exposition Hall at the Hendricks County Fairgrounds, 1900 E. Main Street, Danville, IN 46122. Bring your pup or your humans on Saturday, Jan. 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. People are free, dogs are $5 each.
Included are games for dogs to play, informational booths, Rescue Groups with adoptable dogs, Stage shows featuring dogs, and a Cafe serving people food and beverages. Activities include a talent show, “leave it” competition and a dog show.
Dogtona! was created to provide people with an inexpensive, fun day for their dogs, to promote the adoption of homeless dogs in area shelters and rescue groups, and to educate the public on pet responsibility. Dogs must be leashed (no retractables), current on vaccinations, and not be in heat to participate in the event.
