Pet Pals TV headed over to the Global Headquarters of animal pharmaceutical company Elanco for Howl & Wine, a Halloween-themed adoption event supporting Indianapolis Animal Care Services and the animal welfare community. Renee Jameson talks to Bobby Modi, Executive Vice President of U.S. Pet Health and Global Digital Transformation, and Kristin Hancock, executive director of Friends of Indy Animals, about their role in the event.

Terri Stacy has a close encounter with some distinctive Scottish Highland cows when she visits The Remark-Able Ranch in Greenfield, Indiana. The ranch, which also has other farm animals, presents programs for three organizations that support special needs individuals in Hancock and Henry counties.

Two dogs dumped near the property of race car driver Davey Hamilton and his wife, Quincy, are getting a second chance—with help from Grateful Rescue and a connection to the racing community. Learn more about Pit Stop: a project to save dogs at risk.

A four-month-old puppy named Spitler is beginning his journey to become a service dog — named after Patty Spitler, host of Pet Pals TV, in recognition of her years of support for Canine Companions! Patty talks to puppy trainers Brandt Carter and Pam Dallas who explain how people can get involved with the nonprofit.

Colorful toucans are in the house! Amazon John and Meerkat Mel of Silly Safaris introduce Patty to a pair of toucans and share facts about the birds’ unique features, diets and care. Meet Gonzo, a red-billed toucan, and Rikki, a curl-crested aracari, native to South America.
