A memo from Noah's Animal Hospitals

To our Valued Clients,

For more than 35 years, the family of Noah’s Animal Hospitals has lived by the core value to be “the best friend of your best friend." This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19).

First and foremost, we are committed to the safety of our clients, our patients, and our employees. We want to assure you that we are here for you and will continue to care for your pet, doing our very best to provide that care in a safe environment for all. To that end, we are currently working on implementation of the following:

·While we always maintain the highest levels of cleanliness at our hospitals, per the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) standards, we are taking even more measures at this time (increased frequency of cleaning, sanitizing everything from the front doorknob to anything humans and animals touch, etc.).

We are offering car side service for concerned individuals looking to minimize interactions. This will include food and medication pickup, dropping off and picking up of your pet in need of hospital services, etc. Currently, there is no evidence that dogs or cats can contract the disease or transmit the disease on their hair or skin. We do, however, want to be available to our clients and their pets in a way that does not put any of our staff in danger.

We would ask that clients who are experiencing a fever or other symptoms of respiratory illness or who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days, please contact us to determine the best way we can help you provide the care that your pet needs. All of our hospitals are open normal business hours, and our three 24-hour emergency hospitals will continue to be available 24/7.

If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to call your Noah’s Animal Hospital location. We thank you for the trust you place in us to care for your pet.

Be safe and enjoy those close to you,

Dr. Mike Thomas
