Free parvo vaccinations offered at Vet Tech Institute of Indiana

Free Parvo vaccinations will be offered at the Vet Tech Institute of Indiana on May 10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to help prevent the spread of the deadly disease among dogs.

Parvo is a highly contagious and deadly virus that attacks the heart muscle and gastrointestinal tract of dogs.

The event will also offer free microchipping for pets, which is required in Marion County starting this year due to a new ordinance aimed at reducing stray and lost animals.
